Based in Brooklyn, New York, he is a vested partner in a developing audio/visual communications agency. In between writing and performances he has been participating as part-time faculty at Stanford Jazz Workshop, Berklee College of Music and NYC’s Drummers Collective.
Deantoni Parks AKA Technoself:
avant-garde percussionist, composer, actor and record producer. He is the co-founder, producer, writer and percussionist of the band, KUDU, and one-half of the writing duo, We Are Dark Angels with composer, producer and arranger, Nicci Kasper, also a member of KUDU. Both Deantoni and Nicci are half of BOSNIAN RAINBOWS with Teri Suarez and Omar Rodriguez Lopez. He has written, toured and collaborated with numerous artists including but not limited to Paul Schrader (Taxi Driver), T Bone Burnett, Mark Ruffalo, Flying Lotus, GTAV (Rockstar Games Soundtrack), The Mars Volta, Meshell Ndegeocello, Sade Adu, John Cale (The Velvet Underground), Omar Rodriguez Lopez, Yoko Ono, and Cody Chesnutt.
